• While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Payments

• We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) and other local payment methods as indicated at checkout.

• Payments are processed securely. Royal Quality LTD does not store your full credit card details on our servers.

4. Delivery and Shipping (Mauritius)

• We provide delivery services across the island of Mauritius.

• Delivery timelines and fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Royal Quality LTD is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., extreme weather or road closures).

5. Returns and Refunds

• Customers are entitled to a return/exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt.

• Custom-ordered hardware or “cut-to-size” materials may not be eligible for return.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Royal Quality LTD shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the misuse of tools or hardware purchased from our store. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow safety guidelines for all equipment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
