At Royal Quality LTD, we strive to provide reliable and efficient delivery services across the Republic of Mauritius. By placing an order at RoyalQuality.mu, you agree to the following delivery terms.

1. Delivery Rates

We offer a simple and transparent pricing structure for all orders within mainland Mauritius:

  • Standard Delivery Fee: A flat rate of Rs 250 applies to all orders under Rs 3,000.

  • Free Delivery: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders totaling Rs 3,000 or more.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Orders: Typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday – Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Priority/Urgent Delivery: If you require urgent delivery for a construction project, please contact us at +(230) 5762 0961 before placing your order to check availability.

3. Delivery Zones & Heavy Items

  • Island-wide Coverage: We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses in Mauritius.

  • Heavy/Bulky Items: For extremely heavy hardware (e.g., bulk cement, large timber, or tanks), additional specialized transport fees may apply. If your order falls into this category, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra costs.

  • Rodrigues & Outer Islands: Currently, we only offer standard delivery within mainland Mauritius. For delivery to Rodrigues, please contact us for a custom quote via Mauritius Post or freight.

4. Delivery Process

  • Verification: For security and to prevent fraud, our driver will ask to see a National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport and a copy of the order confirmation.

  • Contact Prior to Delivery: Our delivery team will usually call or SMS the number provided 30–60 minutes before arrival to ensure someone is available to receive the goods.

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If no one is present at the time of delivery, we will attempt to reschedule once. Subsequent attempts may incur an additional delivery fee of Rs 250.
