Who can apply

Gross household income below Rs 60,000 / month
You or your spouse own the property, or you are a tenant with a valid rent book and the owner’s written permission
You are the official CWA customer for the property
No household member has received a DBM water tank grant before
Aged 18 or over

Documents to prepare

National ID card
Recent CWA bill
Proof of ownership (owners) or rent book + owner’s permission (tenants)
Household income details

Good to know

The grant covers a water tank of 1,000 litres or more. Royal Quality stocks Duraco tanks with a manufacturer’s warranty, from 1,000L upwards. Applications to DBM are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
